i am back with a new story

after a not very long paused...

10th august, monday- i was registered with one of travel agencies institute in kl as a tour guide with a foreign language included. french language was the first came out when i saw all the 6 languages offered. the reason? everytime i visited hadi's brother's townhouse, my eyes sticking onto the kitchen's wall where the painting they bought from france was hanging there. it wasn't where the canvas came from make me glued to the angle, but the writings on it. chat noir. and the image was a black cat. it haunted. i can't figure out what the liaison between the black cat and the texts.

untill the 2nd day of my french class...

my friend, a chinesse girl named-fun; who sat on the next row told me what chat noir means. black cat! am i thinking too much?

my first sandwich

semasa Kak Inda di tingkatan 1, aku masih menuntut di SKAJ di standard 3. pada waktu itu aku begitu fascinated dengan buku-buku sekolah menengah terutama sekali buku teks ERT (ekonomi rumah tangga). pada satu halaman, terdapat resepi-resepi simple yang boleh dipelajari dengan mudah. salah satunya ialah sandwich telur. kerana gambar hiasan pada resepi tersebut begitu menyelerakan maka aku eagerly mahu mencuba. setelah berpenat lelah, maka terhasillah sandwich. aku tidak ingat lagi bagaimana rasanya tetapi aku tidak dapat melupakan bagaimana naive nya aku tidak tahu bagaimana hendak makan sandwich tersebut. kesimpulannya, aku makan roti on top dulu, kemudian makan timun (bukan zucchini), kemudian makan telur yang dilenyek bersama roti kat bawah. bila aku terjumpa this pieces of Calvin and Hobbes, barulah aku tau anak mat saleh macam Susie Derkins pun tak tau cara yang betul nak makan sandwich, apatah lagi aku; anak Mohamad Bin Karim. tapi peduli apa dengan cara bagaimana nak makan, asalkan kita rasa sedap dan puas hati.

*bukan setakat itu, aku juga selalu menulis 'sandwish' instead of sandwich.
